Shipping / Returns
We ship the majority of items from our Los Angeles area warehouse, via UPS, Fedex, and the US Postal Service. We provide free ground shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 United States. Items valued at over $200 will require a signature for delivery.
We offer a 30-day return period on all orders unless otherwise specified. Items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Items that are not returned in their original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Mixware reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on returned items only if the item is clearly used and or the packaging is tarnished. The shipping cost we paid to ship your item will be deducted as well. Mixware must be notified of all shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery.
As we are the US distributor for all items we sell, we will work with you throughout the manufacturer’s warranty period to repair or exchange defective products. The warranty period varies per manufacturer. Please check your owner’s manual for details.
Items that can not be returned include: software, units with contents or packaging that is damaged/missing, and items that are considered for personal use (I.e. earphones, headphones, microphones or other items that you wouldn’t want to purchase if someone else had previously used them).
